Seven-year-old Sofia has a rare genetic disease — merosin-negative muscular dystrophy. Because of this, all muscles suffer. The girl requires special care, and her mother is always there, helping with every movement. Sofia is growing up cheerful, kind and inquisitive. She loves walks with her family, speech therapy sessions and especially holidays. She waits for her birthday all year round, blows out candles and makes one cherished wish — to start walking like all children. Taking care of Sofia is difficult and constant work. It is especially difficult in the bath: Sonya cannot hold on, she slips, and her mother tries her best to support her. A special bathing lounger will make the process safe and comfortable. In addition to Sofia, two more children with serious illnesses vitally need such loungers. We are opening a collection to help families — let's make their lives a little easier together!
