Marina has been in the care of the Foundation «Ty emy nuzhen» for several years. The girl had serious joint problems, and she could stay in a wheelchair forever.
The Foundation arranged for Marina to come from an orphanage for the disabled in the Sverdlovsk region to a capital clinic for surgery on one leg.
Last fall Marina underwent surgery on her other leg. She is currently in a cast, but doctors plan to remove the cast in March, after which the girl will go to rehabilitation to consolidate the results of surgery.
For the entire duration of treatment and rehabilitation, the foundation provides Marina with an accompanying nanny who not only helps her with household issues, but also helps her learn how to live independently outside the walls of the orphanage.
Thanks to the work of the foundation and the support of Tooba users, the girl began to walk, and also had the opportunity to study as a finisher and decorator.
