Ismail is 5 years old, he has been diagnosed with delayed speech development with an autism spectrum disorder. The first symptoms of this diagnosis appeared when he was about two years old. Immediately after the diagnosis, Ismail began to undergo rehabilitation, which led to significant progress in his development.

However, he needs to continue his rehabilitation. To date, Ismail does not fully understand the converted speech, speaks only memorized phrases and often experiences tantrums.

Ismail's mother is raising three children alone and is unable to pay for expensive procedures on her own.
