Dima has his own wheelchair now!

Thanks to donations on Tooba, many children have already received active wheelchairs. Now they can move around independently, go for walks, attend school, and even do sports. When people meet Dima for the first time, they would never guess he is different from other children. He is passionate about space, learning to play musical instruments, loves FIFA, and dreams of becoming a famous footballer once a cure for his condition is discovered. Dima has a rare genetic disorder – Ullrich/Bethlem muscular dystrophy. The disease is progressing, and he has been unable to walk for more than two years. Dima needs an active wheelchair to live without constantly relying on help and to be independent. This year, he is starting first grade, and he wants to do it on his own. Let’s help Dima move freely!
