Friends, the charity organization “Fidelity” since 2016 has been carrying out comprehensive work to solve the problem of homeless animals. Sterilization is an important area of activity. In a year and a half we have processed 1000 applications from shelters and volunteers. All the work is mainly carried out by one employee. To simplify the coordinator's work and increase efficiency, she needs a multifunctional device. According to the rules we are obliged to keep applications from volunteers, contracts with veterinary clinics, reporting and financial documentation in paper and electronic versions. Quality equipment is important for the quality forcing of the archive.

The same MFP is needed for our lawyer. This is a new but very important person in our team.
