Timur needs an active prosthetic hand to keep healthy!

Timur was born in the 26th week of pregnancy weighing less than a kilogram. On the third day of resuscitation, Timur's left arm began to necrose, and then gangrene to the elbow. The parents managed to transfer their son to the Republican Perinatal Center, where doctors were able to save his hand, but the fingers could not be saved. The parents realized that without a second hand their son would have difficulty in society, and the uneven load of the body could lead to problems with the spine. They turned to our foundation for help in 2023 and raised money for the first active prosthetic hand. A year has passed—Timur has grown up and the prosthesis has become small—it's tight, chafes, and it's no longer comfortable to use. But without it, the boy may lose all the skills he has acquired. To keep healthy and move forward, Timur needs a new active prosthetic hand.
