Tanya came to Moscow for a follow-up examination after a liver transplant 💚

At the age of 23, Tanya was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. At first, she attributed her poor health to fatigue from studying, but soon her condition worsened. After an examination at the V.I. Shumakov Transplant Center, doctors recommended liver transplantation, which was successful in the summer of 2023. However, in August, Tanya suffered a stroke, which complicated her life. The transplant was the beginning of a long recovery. Tanya regularly undergoes follow-up examinations to make sure that the new organ is working properly and that there are no complications. These visits are critically important for her health, and she plans to resume her studies, but she needs to prepare a trip to Moscow from Omsk with her mother, who accompanies her after her stroke.
