Your help was sent to Dmitry, who has childhood autism. After completing an intensive rehabilitation course, the child has significantly improved his academic and physical skills, as well as learned new ones!
The behavioral analyst worked with the boy to expand requests through alternative PECS communication. Dmitry also learned how to play lotto while waiting for his turn, compare verb-noun cards, show objects and follow instructions in space. Specialists worked on developing listener behavior, as well as on pronunciation of sounds and simple words.
Thanks to sensory integration classes, the boy has learned how to gesture, and now he can nod "yes" or "no" without a card. Dmitry's sense of his own body in space has improved, and he has a sense of balance. In adaptive physical education classes, the child learned new exercises using sports equipment, and also became more confident in roller skating and cycling!
