Three-year-old Ersultan was born prematurely. At two months old, he was diagnosed with severe eye diseases: localised retinal detachment of the right eye, total retinal detachment of the left eye and proliferative vitreoretinopathy. This cheerful little boy dreams of becoming a musician, but his dream is in jeopardy.
You have already helped to raise funds for Yersultan's surgery at a specialised eye microsurgery department in St. Petersburg - and this is a chance to save his sight. The boy is expected at the clinic in April.
Yersultan's family lives in Uzbekistan. The cost of a flight to St. Petersburg is prohibitive for them. They turned to us for help to pay for the air tickets and give Ersultan a chance to live a full life.
