Agora was admitted to the shelter with a dangerous herpesvirus infection that affects the eyes and nose and can lead to blindness. Now the cat is being treated together with other wards in a special isolation room.
Icicle lives in another quarantine room. She was brought to the shelter frozen from the street. We don't know what Icicle went through before that: animals get infected with parasites and viruses on the street and need treatment.
There are 26 animals living in the isolation ward and quarantine. Due to diseases, their immunity is weakened. This makes them particularly vulnerable: any new infection can seriously worsen their condition.
Therefore, we thoroughly disinfect the premises: wash floors, bowls, trays, beds and even walls.
Please help us to purchase a large supply of disinfectant — 125 liter — to ensure the safety of all the patients who are undergoing treatment.
Help us protect the animals from infections!
