The "Beautiful Faraway" Foundation has long supported lonely elderly people. Thanks to the Foundation, weakened elderly people who find themselves in a difficult situation receive hot meals delivered to their homes 6 times a week. Our lonely pensioners are well-fed and have a full diet. Such support allows them to survive and, what is very important for them, to live at home, within their own walls, without being sent to a nursing home out of desperation.
We prepare balanced set meals in our own canteens, specially designed for the elderly, which combine taste and health. Good nutrition can improve the quality and duration of life for each of us.
With the funds raised, we will purchase food, organize the preparation and delivery of meals to the homes of pensioners! Our couriers are not just deliverers of daily meals. They are interested in the lives of their wards, informing the management of the foundation about their health, necessary things, medicines or requests. They are the ones who give the attention and care that our lonely elderly people lack so much.
