Ibrahim is 7 years old, he has an organic disorder of perinatal origin with severe speech impairment, mental retardation with severe emotional and volitional impairment. By the age of 3, Ibrahim began to change, became withdrawn, stopped responding to the name, and lost all his skills.
Throughout the course of intensive training by specialists, work was carried out on the skill of asking using PECS cards to obtain a motivational subject. Ibrahim learned to calmly part with the subject, perform simple motor movements and cooperate at the table with the teacher, learned the skill of "sitting beautifully" and "waiting".
With a speech therapist, Ibrahim learned how to pronounce sounds correctly - loudly and clearly, as well as individual words. The training of phrasal speech has begun - using the correct endings of words when answering a question.
Thanks to classes with a sports instructor and a sensory integration specialist, Ibrahim learned how to perform new exercises with a ball, jump, overcome obstacles, his large and small motor skills improved, and his ability to keep his balance improved. Now the child can follow several instructions at the same time, for example, riding a swing or standing on a balance beam.
