Artyom was born with a severe musculoskeletal disorder and weighed only 1,040 grams.
Artyom spent the first 8 years of his life in an orphanage in St. Petersburg, and 4 years ago, Lyudmila, his adoptive mother, entered his life.
Despite his difficult diagnosis, Artyom is very independent and inquisitive. Unfortunately, Artyom's health is deteriorating, making it increasingly difficult for him to walk without the assistance of a cane.
Lyudmila is aware of the importance of intensive rehabilitation for a child with special health needs, so she is actively involved in his health.
Lyudmila also raises six other adopted children, some of whom have special health needs. The costs of ongoing rehabilitation are significant. She turned to our foundation for assistance in paying for the necessary rehabilitation program for Temya.
Artem underwent a special rehabilitation course, which helped prevent him from becoming wheelchair-bound.
Thank you to everyone who helped us pay for Artem's rehabilitation!
