Amir is 13 years old. At the age of two, there was a setback in development, the baby stopped talking, looking into his eyes and playing with toys. Specialists diagnosed him with autism.
In the first days of classes, Amir had poor visual concentration, performed the tasks that the teachers gave him reluctantly and even with tantrums, he needed long rest breaks. By the end of the intensive course, the boy had established steady eye contact and began to show interest and attention to the exercises.
The specialists worked on teaching Amir the method of socially acceptable communication. Now the boy uses gestures more often when asking, it has become easier for him to interact with others. Amir also received a communication system using special PECs cards. After studying with specialists, the child's stamina and discipline improved, and he became much calmer.
As part of the rehabilitation course, Amir underwent correction of his motor and cognitive abilities using the Tomatis hardware technique. Upon completion of these procedures, the boy has improved motor skills and coordination, motor functions, and improved communication skills.
