Marina grew up in an orphanage for the disabled in the Sverdlovsk region. The girl has serious problems with her joints, and every year it became more and more painful for her to walk.
A few years ago, the foundation "Ty emy nuzhen" took care of Marina's health – the girl was able to come from the orphanage to the capital's clinic for surgery and orthopedic treatment.
In March, Marina had her third surgery. She is currently in a cast, but doctors plan to remove it soon, after which the girl will go to rehabilitation to consolidate the results of surgery.
There's no way a girl can do without a babysitter, since both of her legs are in a cast – Marina can't take care of herself right now. The nanny has become not just an assistant in household chores, but also the person who helps the girl learn how to live independently outside the orphanage.
