Gulnara had a heart disease for a long time, she was treated for many years, but in the end she was implanted with a pacemaker. Gulnara's pacemaker is already running out, and such people need urgent timely surgery to replace the pacemaker. She is a disabled person of the second group, from a low-income family. She has only daughter and granddaughter, who are in great need and believe in our help and support. They have no possibility to do the operation on their own. At the moment her condition has worsened with severe headaches and weakness to physical activity.
