Muhammadyusuf's premature birth resulted in a complex and severe eye disease called retinopathy of prematurity. It was diagnosed at 4.5 months.

Despite the prompt operations, positive results are slow and difficult to achieve. The prognosis is quite optimistic regarding the preservation of vision.

The boy is now a little over a year old. During this time, he has undergone several eye surgeries to prevent the destruction of the eyes by growing blood vessels and to attach the detached retina. Such surgical intervention leaves hope for partial preservation of vision and controlled eye health.

Muhammadyusuf will undergo a preventive examination after the last operation and the next stage of surgical treatment. This approach allows preserving the anatomy of the eyeballs, preventing eye atrophy and maintaining vision.

The family is unable to pay for the operation and air tickets and needs our financial support.
