Elena Leonidovna is 62 years old, about 20 years ago she was left homeless. And returned to St. Petersburg to her mother. Her mother was happy to see Elena, they had not seen each other for several years. But because of a conflict with her younger sister, the woman was forced to leave home, so she ended up on the street.
Elena went to the doctor of the Charity Clinic with complaints of high blood pressure, insomnia, pain in her legs. The pain appeared after she was beaten several years ago.
Now Elena Leonidovna lives in a shelter. Her mother died, she still does not communicate with her sister. There is an uncle whom she turns to in extreme cases, and he helps: with food, money, care products. And there is the Charity Clinic, where she regularly comes for an appointment. The treatment that the doctors selected for her helps, and the elderly woman feels better.
"Thanks to the Hospital, my health has improved: my blood pressure is no longer a problem, we are collecting documents to apply for disability," she says.
Friends, let medical care be available to everyone! Let's make it so that elderly homeless people can see a doctor, get free examinations, receive medications, and humanitarian aid. Support the Charity Clinic so that it can continue to help people in trouble.
Thank you!
