From the first months of life, Arina did not make eye contact and developed slower than most of her peers. Her mother was alarmed by this, and the girl underwent a series of complicated examinations. So the parents learned that Arina was born with brain malformations. Later she was diagnosed with several more difficult diagnoses: cerebral palsy, epilepsy, delayed motor and psycho-verbal development and others. Congenital abnormalities of brain development, alas, cannot be cured, but it is possible to make a child grow, develop and learn to live with its peculiarities. Regular rehabilitation courses help in this, among other things. Now Arina is 2 years old. Her parents devote a lot of time and attention to their daughter: every week they take Arina from their small town in Perm to the swimming pool, to classes on the hippotrainers, a physical therapist, a speech therapist, a speech pathologist and other specialized specialists work with her. The parents' diligent efforts bring good results. Arina often attends special rehabilitation courses. Thanks to regular and constant training, rehabilitation in different medical centers, Arina's coordination of movements has improved, she has better balance, the volume of active movements has increased. To give her the opportunity to consolidate the achieved results and move on, this year she is going to undergo rehabilitation at the Healthy Childhood Center (Yekaterinburg) again.
