We are writing to you with a request for help for little Mahmud, who suffered an ischemic stroke. He was treated in Tajikistan, but unfortunately they were unable to restore his speech and the function of his right arm. Mahmud and his parents then traveled to Tashkent, but they were unable to offer the necessary help there either. In the end, they traveled to Moscow, where doctors confirmed that treatment was possible, although without guarantees. Unfortunately, the parents have already spent a considerable amount of money on treatment, and now they are facing financial difficulties. Mahmud needs to undergo three courses of restorative treatment. At the moment his hand is incapacitated, his speech has only partially recovered and his toes remain immobile.
