Friends, thank you for helping us make accurate diagnoses and stop dangerous viruses in their tracks! Thanks to your support, we have completed the fundraiser for rapid tests.
The funds raised have allowed us to purchase 140 rapid tests for panleukopenia and leukemia. This means we can now screen 70 new arrivals — most of them former street cats for whom these viruses are deadly.
These tests are our primary tool in the first critical hours of care. They help us instantly identify a threat, isolate a sick animal, and begin treatment to save its life and protect all the other residents of the shelter.
