Marina is an orphan from an orphanage for the disabled in the Sverdlovsk region. The girl has serious problems with her joints, and every year it became more and more painful for her to walk.
Thanks to the work of the Foundation "Ty emy nuzhen" orthopedic treatment was organized for Marina. In March, the girl had her third surgery, the cast was recently removed, and now Marina is waiting for a long rehabilitation.
Very often, children who have been living in orphanages since birth are far behind in development from their peers, and orphans with special needs are even more so. Of course, it is important not only to improve the health of orphans, but also to help them overcome developmental delays and master the necessary social and household skills.
Individual classes with an AVA therapist and a psychologist will give Marina a chance to get a profession, which means that the girl will be able to start working and fully live independently in the future.
