Danil is 8 years old, he has a partial optic atrophy and Cerebral Palsy. The boy was born early in a very critical condition and weighed just over a kilo. He was in kids’ intensive care and neonatal pathology unit, where the baby struggled for his life every day. In intensive care unit Danil had a hemorrhagic stroke, which resulted in central nervous system damage and secondary diagnoses. Moreover, the neurologist suspected the threat of CP (cerebral palsy). And when the baby-boy was 1,5 y.o., he was registered as a disabled child.
Despite all the misfortunes, Danil is a very light-hearted, joyful boy with a good potential. He can crawl, sit with a support, stand near the support and walk with a support.
Cerebral Palsy is a problem, which requires regular rehabilitation courses. Fortunately, there is a medical center of neurology and orthopedy REHAB CENTER in Danil’s native town. Here the boy can get all necessary procedures, which give a good result. However, the boy’s mom doesn’t have money to pay for the scheduled rehabilitation course to the amount of RUR 94 000. The boy’s father couldn’t cope with difficulties and left the family. We do ask you to help Danil to continue the rehabilitation in this center.
