Maryam underwent skull surgery using laser stereolithography!

Maryam has been 10 months old, and only in January of this year she was diagnosed with sarcocephaly. The baby did not sleep well, was often moody for no apparent reason, and ate poorly. Now Maryam urgently needs to be operated on and reconstruct the bones of her face and skull in order to save the girl from the consequences of overgrowth of the sagittal suture, which is located between the parietal bones of the skull. Without such surgical intervention, the skull has no opportunity to grow, and this is fraught with disorders in the development and functioning of both the brain itself and other systems and organs. A three-dimensional model of Maryam's skull will be made using laser stereolithography and, based on this model, the anomalies of the cranial box will be corrected.
