Abdul-Kerim has a delayed speech development with an autism spectrum disorder. After a year of life, Abdul-Kerim had a setback in his development. At the moment, the boy does not speak, he has not developed self-service skills, and he does not feel fear.
Thanks to rehabilitation, Abdul-Kerim has made significant progress in mastering communication skills! The child's understanding of spoken language has improved, and his vocabulary has expanded. Now the boy knows how to correctly answer questions using the words "yes" and "no", as well as such questions as: "Who?", "What?", "What?".
Work was also underway to develop Abdul-Kerim's listening behavior and self-service skills. The child learned to follow the instructions of coarse and fine motor skills, instructions with objects. After the rehabilitation course, the boy can distinguish between people by gender (girl and boy), as well as more than 20 actions shown on the cards!
There is a positive trend in the physical development of Abdul-Kerim, in the formation of his motor skills. The boy learned how to catch and throw a ball at a target, his coordination of movements, reaction and accuracy of exercises improved. The child became more confident in participating in outdoor games.
Thanks to your help, Abdul-Kerim got the opportunity to undergo an intensive rehabilitation course in Astrakhan! Thanks!
