A mother of a child with special needs is a truly special woman. The appearance of a child with disabilities in the family turns the usual way of life inside out, provokes severe stress and forces you to overcome new psychological barriers every day. To help mothers find peace of mind and internal resources, the Center "Breaking Barriers" has launched a psychological support program "Special Care". Within its framework, each participant will work with our experienced psychologist-expert, and classes will be held both in small groups and in the format of individual consultations. Why is this so important: 1. Relieving emotional stress helps the mother act more calmly and effectively. 2. Preventing burnout maintains her physical and mental health. 3. Rest and recovery allow you to fully devote your energy to caring for your child.
