Dacey is about to turn two years old. She has been diagnosed with upper limb monoplegia and cannot move one arm. This has a significant impact on her life, requiring constant rehabilitation and special treatment.

Dacey's mum is raising three children alone. She is unable to pay for the upcoming rehabilitation that the girl needs. They really need our help.
