Abulmuslim is 12 years old, he has a disorder of psychological development with a disorder of expressive speech, emotional and behavioral disorders of the autistic spectrum. After a year, the boy stopped responding to the name and understanding the addressed speech. My parents noticed that there were stigmas and walking in circles.
As part of the rehabilitation, the AVA specialist focused on continuing the development of Abulmuslim's speech skills. The boy began to compose complex stories from pictures, already from 6-7 sentences, and learned how to describe and characterize objects and actions. The child confidently sorts the cards into categories, puts together sequences of 8 cards, and puts together puzzles.
Abulmuslim has mastered new board games such as brodilka, lotto, balance. He calmly waits for his turn and makes his move with interest. During the classes, the defectologist worked on the development of fine motor skills of the boy's hands and the formation of his sensory representations (color, shape).
Abulmuslim's physical, sensorimotor, and tactile skills have improved significantly in adaptive physical education and sensory integration classes. There is a positive trend in maintaining balance, and a sense of balance is developing. The boy does an excellent job on a treadmill, rides a bicycle and scooter, and follows instructions while standing on a balance beam.
