Thanks to you, Milana has completed her rehabilitation course!

Milana is 11 years old. She is a kind and incredibly persistent girl who loves to help her mum in the kitchen and take care of her dog. On the fifth day of her life Milana ended up in hospital with severe jaundice. At the time, the parents were unaware of the possible consequences, but later sounded the alarm. At the next appointment with a neurologist the girl was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia). Since then, a long struggle for health began: rehabilitation at home and in medical centres, surgeries, hippotherapy and swimming. Milana is doing her best to develop. Thanks to the support of her family and the efforts of specialists, she is already able to walk short distances, eat independently and do simple chores around the house. She knows letters, learns to write, solves simple examples and repeats words more and more often. Each rehabilitation course is a step forward: her gait is getting stronger, her coordination is improving and new skills are appearing.
