Victor is a very gentle and bright boy. He carefully listens to adults' voices and always smiles when they talk to him. Most of all, he loves tactile communication - touching, hugging, holding another person's hand tightly.

Victor has cerebral palsy and symptomatic epilepsy with rare generalized seizures. He is constantly in bed. Now it is an ordinary children's bed, which he has already outgrown. Victor spends most of the day sitting, holding on to its bars. This is unsafe and prevents the body from being positioned correctly.
