Help Artyom and 80 other teenagers to get psychological support to cope with difficulties in their family or school.

Artyom is 17 years old, he turned to the center for teenagers “Here they will understand” in Novosibirsk with anxiety and problems with self-esteem.

“It all started in the summer of 2023, I was anxious, I felt like no one needed me, it seemed to me that everyone was laughing at me,” the guy says.

A psychologist began to work regularly with Artyom at the center. Experts saw how his self-confidence grew every day, he gradually learned to cope with difficult thoughts.

“They helped me here with a kind attitude and sensitivity. They helped me see that life is better than I thought. Problems certainly remain, but I'm coping with them much better than before,” Artyom continues.

For Artyom and other teenagers who cannot cope with their experiences on their own, the center “Here they will understand” has become a place where they are accepted and supported in any situation. Children ask for help on various issues: someone is faced with conflicts in communication with peers and with parents, someone has problems with self-esteem or studies. And then there are cases that require longer and more comprehensive care: self-harming behavior, bullying, or eating disorders.

Psychologists and social workers find an individual approach to each child, helping them cope with all the difficulties that have arisen. More than 80 children turn to specialists for help every month.
