Yusuf is 5 years old. By the age of 1.5, the boy had a developmental setback – he began to forget the words he knew, stopped looking into his eyes and playing games. The boy does not speak, does not play with children, partially understands spoken speech, and eye contact is short-lived.
The rehabilitation course for Yusuf included classes with specialized specialists in AВA therapy, adaptive physical education, sensory integration, and a speech therapist. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the teachers, the child has achieved significant success in his development!
The boy has a positive trend in the development of communication and social skills. Yusuf began to understand the speech addressed to him better, and prolonged eye contact was established. Also, new stages of a special communication system using PECs cards were introduced for the child. Now it is much easier for Yusuf to express his desires and requests!
The child learned to play board and social games, especially he liked "brodilki" and "children's lotto". Work was also underway to develop Yusuf's sensorimotor and physical skills, as well as sensory perception skills. Yusuf gained a sense of balance and balance, he learned to pedal, throw a ball at a target, climb stairs.
