For many years now, the Green Lamp project of the KDL Charitable Foundation has been helping children from socially vulnerable groups to master the basics of cookery and prepare tasty dishes on their own. It's not just learning to cook - it's a real art of turning food into favourite treats, developing creative abilities, creating an atmosphere of comfort and home warmth.
But in order to continue our work, we need funds to purchase quality kitchen furniture that creates a comfortable environment and allows us to effectively conduct classes. After all, the success of the learning process and the motivation of our young cooks depend on the correct organisation of the space. With the funds raised, we will install a working area with a sink, a cooker, an oven, a cupboard for dishes and a table. This will allow our pupils to cook with pleasure.
Helping children to learn how to be creative in cooking, develop useful skills and improve their self-esteem is the main goal of our project. We are convinced that every child deserves a chance to express themselves and feel the joy of creativity!
