Khirachimagomed is 6 years old, and doctors diagnosed him with delayed mental development. The boy hardly spoke, avoided eye contact, and did not show emotions.
During the sessions, Khirachimagomed's attention span was worked on. Previously, the child would establish contact with adults, but only for a short time, preferring to play alone. Now, the boy finds it easier to interact with teachers, has begun to show interest in activities, and has become more diligent and patient!
Khirachimagomed also learned to play paired and board games, such as 'lotto' or 'board games.' The child learned to wait for his turn and to give up a motivational item. Teachers also worked with Khirachimagomed on developing academic skills—the boy continued to study the pronunciation and writing of numbers, letters, and geometric shapes.
With sensory integration and adaptive physical education specialists, the child developed fine motor skills, a sense of balance, and equilibrium. Khirachimagomed learned to go through a special obstacle course without adult support, climb ladders, and roller skate.
The world is held together by people like YOU! Thanks to your help, Khirachimagomed completed a rehabilitation course!
