Yaroslav is an orphan from an orphanage in the Sverdlovsk region. The boy was born with a spinal malformation, and his parents were not ready to raise a child with such a complex diagnosis.
Thanks to the work of the foundation "Ty emy nuzhen", a comprehensive treatment was organized for Yaroslav in St. Petersburg. Now Yarik is preparing for an important operation, after which, hopefully, he will be able to get back on his feet and gain independence in movement.
But besides improving his health, Yarik also needs the help of specialists – a psychologist and an AVA therapist - in order to develop social and household skills. This will increase the boy's chances of joining the family!
Very often, children who have been living in orphanages since birth are far behind in development from their peers, and orphans with special needs are even more so. Individual lessons with an AVA therapist and a psychologist allow such children to adapt to the external environment faster and learn how to communicate properly.
