Denis from the Nizhny Novgorod region. He is 8 years old and has developmental disabilities. His relatives were unable to take care of him.
In addition to motor disabilities, Denis also suffers from a mental disorder. He does not speak yet, but is very attached to those he considers close. Volunteers said that when the boy had difficulty walking, he would even rush to hug those who came to walk and play with him at the boarding school on his knees.
The Road of Life Foundation helped Denis come to Moscow to undergo orthopedic
surgery at the Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics. So that Tema could walk more firmly, ride a scooter and enjoy life like other boys.
His favorite nanny was always by his side, whom Denis almost immediately signed up as one of those reliable and close adults he trusts. At the end of July, Denis will go to a rehabilitation course, during this important period he will need the support of a nanny.
Denis is not the only ward of the foundation; the help and care of the nanny are needed for other kids as well. Help us pay for their work!
