Dear Tubers! You’ve already met Nodar—our brave two-year-old boy who has been battling a severe genetic disorder since birth: primary immunodeficiency. Because of this, the world full of simple joys—like walks and playing with other children—is deadly dangerous for him. Any random infection could be fatal. Thanks to your support, Nodar got a chance at life—he underwent a bone marrow transplant. It was a complex and risky procedure, but it was the only way to stop the progression of his disease. Unfortunately, Nodar developed a severe rejection—graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Painful rashes appeared on his skin, a dangerous inflammatory process began, and now the bone tissue in his knee joint is deteriorating. To stop this, he urgently needs expensive therapy. Without these medications, his condition will worsen.
