Zlata's condition is now stable and she feels well. This small but very strong girl has already completed five cycles of chemotherapy. She and her mother have been released from the hospital for recovery and some rest.

Zlata is only 2 months old, she is a charming and active girl. She loves when people talk to her and give her bright rattles to hold. Her mother says that her daughter smiles sweetly in her sleep and loves children's songs.

Zlata's disease was discovered as soon as she was born, CT showed a tumor of the posterior mediastinum. Doctors at the Blokhin National Medical Research Center began fighting for the baby's life, at the moment she is receiving chemotherapy.

Now she needs additional genetic testing to refine the diagnosis and choose the appropriate treatment.
