Nicolosi is 10 years old. This spring he finished the second grade at home schooling. The child makes impressive progress in his studies. The boy's main hobby is football. In the future, the boy wants to connect his life with this sport and plans to become a coach. Even in a weakened state due to illness and treatment, he plays football as much as he can.
The boy’s health deteriorated in the summer of 2021 - he began experiencing nausea, headaches, and loss of coordination. A doctor referred Nikolozi for an MRI, which revealed a brain tumor. The boy underwent surgery to remove the tumor and had an Ommaya reservoir installed for direct a medicine delivery into the ventricles of the brain. He was also prescribed courses of radial therapy and chemotherapy.
Thanks to your previous support, Nikolozi has already completed two rounds of chemotherapy. Now he needs another course. Additionally, he requires an MRI - an essential diagnostic tool that allows specialists to detect new tumors, monitor disease progression, assess treatment effectiveness, and adjust therapy if necessary.
