Abdullah is a smiling boy who is only four years old. He was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease that causes developmental delays and many other complications.
In May of this year, little Abdullah underwent a complex brain surgery. Doctors injected him with a special gene that helps the body fight the disease. After the surgery, the first encouraging signs of improvement in the boy's condition appeared: the baby began to confidently hold his head up, tries to sit, and says his first words.
However, despite the success achieved thanks to the surgery, Abdullah needs regular rehabilitation courses to maintain progress and improve his quality of life. Swimming is especially important - it helps strengthen muscles, improves coordination of movements and the child's overall well-being.
