Chuck is a confident but affectionate dog. He loves people and needs a lot of communication. The dog has been fighting for his life and health for a long time. Chuck came to the shelter a few years ago after a terrible car accident. The injuries were serious, the dog had undergone surgery and was recovering for a long time. Then Chuck coped, and we exhaled and started looking for loving owners for him. But recently his health condition has deteriorated.
Initial examinations showed changes in the spleen and liver. Doctors also suspected cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder). Due to the high risk of developing a malignant tumor in the spleen, it was decided to remove it. Therefore, before the upcoming operation, the dog underwent a cardiological examination. In addition, it is important for Chuck to do a repeat ultrasound of the organs and perform a histology (examination of the tissue) of the liver to make sure that there is a neoplasm.
