Report

Friends, thank you for helping us meet new arrivals fully prepared! Thanks to your support, we were able to purchase 140 rapid tests for panleukopenia and leukemia.

Every month, more than 40 homeless cats come into the shelter. Some may look healthy, but a deadly virus could already be developing inside them. Now we have the ability to find out the truth in minutes, without wasting precious time — and start saving them immediately.

These tests are not just supplies. They are quick and accurate answers that help us avoid mistakes in treatment. They are protection for those already living in the shelter. And they are peace of mind for every new furry friend who crosses our threshold.

You gave hundreds of cats a chance to receive help in time — and that means a chance to survive, recover, and one day go home. Thank you for ensuring that we are always ready to face illness and never left defenseless.

About the campaign

We will help to examine 140 stray cats for dangerous viruses – the shelter needs to purchase tests!

More than 40 stray cats enter the Devoted Heart shelter every month. They may look healthy, but some of them are already infected with dangerous viruses such as panleukopenia or leukemia.

These diseases act quickly and mercilessly: fever, weakness, vomiting, exhaustion. And they are easily confused with others, so it is important to make a correct diagnosis quickly and accurately.

Rapid tests help us understand the diagnosis in a few minutes in order to start proper treatment and protect others. In order to have enough tests for all new ponytails in the coming months, 140 pieces are needed.

Please support the collection! Together we will give health and a chance for a new life to hundreds of stray cats.
