The ability to breathe freely

Veronica is 20 years old, and she has gone through many trials on her way. When Veronica's mother was pregnant, she had an epileptic seizure, which led to severe neurological disorders in the newborn. At the age of two, the girl was in the arms of her grandmother, since her mother could not take care of her daughter due to illness, and her father could not cope with the workload. Despite the difficulties, the care and love of her grandmother, as well as the support of caring people, worked a real miracle: Veronica gradually learned to walk with support, hold a spoon and talk. All hopes for recovery collapsed overnight, when in 2014 the girl was diagnosed with severe cancer. Complex treatment, chemotherapy, which led to brittle bones, months in plaster ... The family passed this test with dignity - after 4 years, Veronica went into remission. However, a year ago she was admitted to intensive care, survived a coma and was connected to a ventilator, on which she is now. In order to finally get some fresh air, walk with her grandmother and see her friends, Veronica needs a portable oxygen concentrator. The family does not give up, and with your help they can regain hope for improvement.
