Surgery is behind — a new life ahead for Evi. Thank you!

Evie was maimed by people on the street. Her hind legs arched in the opposite direction, like a grasshopper's. The puppy was so badly hurt. For several months, volunteers in Astrakhan tried to help the baby: they gave massages, worked with muscles, and consulted with doctors. But no one there takes on such complex spinal injuries. Then Evie was brought to the "Devoted Heart". We examined her, performed surgery on one paw and underwent several rehabilitation courses. And most importantly, there is a result: Evie can already stand and even run clumsily, sensitivity is preserved in her paws! Surgeries are needed to return the paws to their physiologically correct shape. We are asking for help in paying for the operation on the second paw and the hospital for Evie. And then there will be another rehabilitation course. That's the only way Evie can really get back on her feet. Evie tries very hard: every day she patiently undergoes procedures, plays with balls, and everyone around her calls her "kitty" — she is so gentle and affectionate. We believe that soon she will start running on all fours, kicking balls on the field. Every step is important to us.
