Cancer treatment requires enormous expenses on medication, supplies, and accommodation. Radiation therapy and chemotherapy require frequent visits, meaning these expenses occur on an ongoing basis. With the regular purchase of round-trip tickets, the household budget is completely drained. Thanks to the fundraising campaign, 10 cancer patients were able to travel to another city to continue their journey toward recovery. Dima is 24 years old. Suddenly, he started feeling itchy on his neck, experienced weakness all over his body, and found a lump. After numerous tests, in May 2025, he was diagnosed with Stage 4b Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Due to chemotherapy, Dmitry is unable to work, even though he used to hold several jobs. He also lacks the energy for prolonged physical activity despite being young. The Oncologica Foundation covered Dmitry's travel costs to another city for a full-body PET/CT scan to assess the effectiveness of his treatment. Please support cancer patients in reaching medical clinics in other cities. For them, every minute counts.
