One-year-old Davlatsho was diagnosed with lumbosacral spine cancer, a malignant tumor that develops in the lumbar and sacral region. More than a month ago, the boy stopped walking.
The family went to local hospitals, but the doctors threw up their hands and said they could not help. The only chance for salvation is treatment in Moscow, where Davlatsho can undergo surgery. Doctors insistently ask for the surgery to be performed urgently. Otherwise, the tumor will continue to grow, which can lead to irreversible consequences.
The cost of the surgery is unaffordable for the young parents. They live and work in Tajikistan, where salaries are very low and do not allow them to save the necessary amount.
