Rukiya was born on the 38th week of pregnancy of the first of the twins. She had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck four times, which led to damage to the central nervous system. Diagnosis: spastic tetraparesis (cerebral palsy). The girl has impaired motor functions, and she does not speak.
