Abdulla has completed an intensive rehabilitation course!

Abdulla has been diagnosed with childhood autism—a condition that makes the world around him perceived in a unique way and makes interacting with others more difficult.

Thanks to the completed course, Abdulla has acquired new academic and physical skills, has become more communicative, and his behavior has improved—the number of undesirable behaviors has decreased. The boy attended several sessions daily with specialized professionals and also underwent a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

During the sessions, Abdulla practiced imitation both with and without objects, as well as sorting by categories. The teachers worked on developing his logical and associative thinking, as well as improving his gross and fine motor skills. Now Abdulla can easily perform actions such as lacing and assembling puzzles!

Work was also done to improve the boy’s physical fitness and develop his muscle core. Abdulla completed obstacle courses, exercised on a treadmill and a stationary bike. The boy can now independently go up and down stairs, crawl under barriers, and even ride a scooter!
