Thanks to your help, we managed to pay for a rehabilitation course for the girl. For Maryam, such classes are especially important - they help consolidate the results already achieved and move on.

During the course, the specialists continued to work on motor, speech and social skills. Maryasha tries harder in class and becomes more confident in her movements, it becomes easier for her to move with support and interact with others.

This support is very important for the family. Foster parents raise two children with special needs, and regular rehabilitation requires significant resources.

About the campaign

Maryam is an adopted girl with a serious diagnosis. She needs rehabilitation to walk and talk better!

Maryam was born prematurely and spent the first 8 days of her life in the intensive care unit on artificial ventilation. At the age of one, Maryasha ended up in an orphanage.

When Maryam's foster mother, Elena, took her into her family, the girl couldn't walk. However, thanks to Elena's care, regular rehabilitation, and treatment, Maryam's spasticity in her legs has been reduced, and she can now walk with one arm.

Users of the Tooba app have already helped Maryam. Now, it's important to maintain the progress. Regular rehabilitation should help her improve her speech and social skills.

Maryam's foster parents are also raising another child with special health needs. Elena has turned to the "He Needs You" foundation for help in paying for her daughter's rehabilitation center.
