Yakub is 6 years old. After the age of 2, the boy stopped responding to his name and did not make eye contact. After consulting a neurologist, he was diagnosed with delayed psycho-speech development.
Thanks to a completed rehabilitation course, which included sessions with a speech therapist-defectologist, ABA therapy specialists, sensory integration, and adaptive sports, the boy has made significant progress in his development and acquired new skills!
Yakub's behavior has become calmer, and the number of undesirable behaviors has decreased. Active work was carried out on the skill of adapting to new spaces and environments. Now it is easier for the boy to participate, for example, in unfamiliar classrooms, and he is quicker to make contact with new teachers.
Yakub also continued learning to sort objects by categories and to match cards and objects. The child learned to play board games and began to independently assemble more complex puzzles and sorters. There are also improvements in the development of sensory perception skills.
The world is held together by people like you! Thanks to your help, Yakub was able to complete the rehabilitation course free of charge!
